Default Windshield lowers?

I am using the HD quick detach Touring Windshield and am actually very happy with it on my 07 SG. No real buffeting at all and it really does a good job of making cruising at 70 or so relaxing. In the bad heat I am running without it for cooling air but as it cools I will surely be using it.

I am wondering about adding lowers for the colder weather. Do they really cut the wind to your chest that much? I am just looking for ways to stay warmer on the cold Georgia days that will be coming up.

Thanks

Tom

If anyone has photos with lowers, I'd appreciate it.

I would like to see some pics as well. How about keeping your hands warm, besides gloves. I have seen some type of grip wind visor that is suppose to defelct the wind from hitting your hands. Any suggestions?

RonnR can you tell me the make of your lowers and if they come in clear? Also where to get them and about how much. I think they are just what I am looking for.

Thanks RonnR,
Memphis Shades says they are easy "on and off", is this true?
I'm assuming some kind of quick disconnect like a windshield?
I think this is what I am looking for on those longer highway rides.

Thanks again...
