Default Noise

Hi All,
Rode my bike to work this morning after getting the 10K service done yesterday; as I got off the highway and started to run the back streets in the neighborhoods I heard what sounded like a serpentine belt squeal. Pulled into the parking lot at work and checked my belt, it was really tight, no play whatsoever. Took off to the stealer and they loosened it up. The tech test rode it on the highway (where he wouldn't hear anything) and said everything was fine - sorry for the inconvenience. Rode back to work and heard the squealing again. The noise is intermittent, it will kick in and kick off.Could this be the sound of the primary bearing starting to go out? any thoughts? I know I should have done the service myself as the bike ran fine before I dropped it off but I had a bunch of $$ in HD Visa rewards to cash in before they expired. I've got 6 months left on the warranty so I should be covered - I hope. Thanks Zippo

I would take it back to the dealer and have them fix it.

Any chance the noise is coming from your back brake calipers?
