Hey so yesterday while riding my fat boy my Speedo and odometer stopped working and shortly after engine light came on, ran the diagnostic the bike has installed and error P0502 came up which is a speed sensor (from what I googled) and so I cleared the code and no engine light anymore but Speedo and odometer not working and then today when I went to go for a ride the oil light came on but only just recently had a service 1000km ago and still full of oil, any ideas as to what my problem is?
I got that code when my voltage regulator was bad, although my speedo was still working ok. My turn signals and neutral light weren't working. Replaced the regulator and all is good.

Hi. Welcome to the forum.
BTW, did you recently do any work to the bike or have any work done?
Inspect the plug and look for damage.
I looked up the wiring on my bike (2009 FLHTCU), it may help. P0502 VSS Sensor High/Open
Speed Sensor
Pin 1: 5VDC
Pin 2: Speed output
Pin 3: Ground
Does your Throttle work okay? (shares the same 5VDC line).
Check ground and 5 VCD at the sensor.
Ohm out the harness. from the sensor to the ECM.
If it all is OK, get a new sensor.
