Yep, It may be a good idea to open the primary cover now and then and have a look at the chain.

Yep, but not an easy fix. Also, probably not the only reason.

I am not the type of guy to say something bad about company, unless it was needed to help others, that was why I posted this. I did so, for safety and to warn others of their quality control, just to be forewarned. That being said, with the weather improving, I have had a chance to get a few good rides in, and 1,000sh miles on the new tensioner and springs (new kit). It is GREAT, my primary chain sounds flawless now, and no more tinkling against my primary at idle, no more weird noises from the primary. It runs perfectly now, and I just inspected it at around 1K(sh) miles and it looks perfect! The tension is spot on, the shoe looks perfect, and shifting is nice and smooth (I also changed the primary oil of course) so it's all good now!

I don't like saying something bad but then disappear if the results turn out wonderfully! I had to update and tell everyone that it works and runs great (once I fixed the fitment issues).. I am very happy with the tensioner again, I just hope it stays this good for a while!

Had the primary open to replace my compensator and noticed the outside front bottom corner of the shoe was broken off, and a piece on the inside bottom side had cracked off.
Top of the shoe had a little wear on it but had many more miles left in it. Dunno if the rest of the shoe would have fallen apart but i swapped it out anyhoo.
