Another excuse
Awhile back I noticed that I was leaking brake fluid from my reservoir on the handlbars. Not much, but enough to make the paint on the reservoir start to peel. I tightened up the cover and didn't give it a second thought until yesterday on the way to Bikes Blues and BBQ up in Fayetteville, AR. Upon stopping to fuel up I noticed that it was again moist with brake fluid and now more paint had peeled and had also started on the lever and surrounding areas. I wiped it off and got to thinking...............this is just the excuse I need to get that kit which includes a chromed reservoir, levers, control buttons, control button housing et. al. I need to check my brake fluid level first though (got to get my priorities straight).
