Yeah I know what ya mean...only thing worse is when people post about people who dont use the search! Would be a fricken boring forum if we had the same 5 threads to read each day. Maybe it's just the fact that I am really tired or that its flippen cold this morning but it just hits a nerve when people rant about helping others.....ya wanna rant about lazy people then rant about the damn guy standing on the corner holding the signs that say will work for food.....rant about the healthy guy on welfare....but dont rant about your fellow riders because they either didnt use the search OR maybe they just didnt find the info they needed! I know I have tried to look up forward controls info and had at least 1000 hits for **** sites!!!

I know if I felt I had to do it for someone else they would be be SOL.I have been on here about 2 years, now and certainly have learned a lot from reading new inquiries, and I also find the search engine somewhat lacking on this forum (that is not a complaint).
The Dyna forum is (to me) the best forum on HDforums. Part of the reason for that is (I think) there are a lot of non Dyna owners on here that share
common interests with the Harley line.

Also thanks for the original post and expressing your irritation with us other retards. It is what makes the Dyna forum so alive and interesting.

you wana hear pissed? i got rear ended on 9/7,took the dealer 10 days to get the parts ordered, and got a call yesterday and they said because fender needs to be painted at the factory its gona be another 5 to 7 weeks!!!!

Sometimes you need to get the answer straight from the horses mouth, Don't "tinker" with a part that might cause other problems.
I pointed you to the web site to get your info. I could of said "Sure it'll work, go a head and plug her in".
Then what would you have said if you did that and fried the ecm?

71 degrees here in Austin, Tx and clear. I'll be out riding within 10 minutes of posting this post.
Maybe that's why people in Tx generally have better attitudes... we get more riding time during the year.
