I've used the search enough to know the search sucks. The more typical and repetitive the question is, the more search result matches to weed through there are. I like coming here because there are new posts and responses all the time to read and learn from whether they are a repeat from long ago or not. The other forums I've been members of were just plain boring because of lack of participation. I don't mind answering a similar question more than once for more than one person, it makes me feel like I'm able to contribute back a little for all the help I've gotten here. I expect that, when I post something that has been posted before, you can either kindly answer it or just ignore it. But, if you have nothing better to do than to bitch out loud because it's been posted before, don't waste my time typing that as a response, just ignore me and move on to a post that breaks new ground and has never been heard of before. But be sure you make a note of it so you can point it out in case it ever does come up again. It's like watching TV, if you don't like what is on, turn the GD channel and stop whining about it how it affects the world around you.
In the search box, you would type the following if you were searching for information on "Stage 1": stage 1 site:hdforums.com The search response displayed will include only those threads/posts where "stage 1" is discussed.
Replace "stage 1" with any other word or words for which you'd like to find information.
