G'day,
I've got one and love it. I ordered mine when HD put the 08 models on the website early this year. Picked it up last month here in Australia and now they tell me there's a 2 year wait for a FXDF here.
Glad I'm impetuous. Seriously, this is a well sorted, beautifully set up bike to ride. I'm really happy with it and looking forward to putting some long distance miles on the Bob. It's summer downunder and my holidays are due soon.

There have been a few posts from members here regarding the Fat Bob. Not to mention several magazine articles. I love mine. I only wish I could have bought it sooner in order to enjoy riding it longer before having to put it away this winter. But that is still a few weeks away I hope.

recently purchase one myself & really enjoy it.
some folks don't care for this, some don't care for that
...i like it all. big, badazz & fun to ride.
gotta say it wasn't an immediate first choice as I was initiallyinterested in the Night Train & Rocker.
local stealership didn't have the rocker (as you all know) so I spent time looking at the NT
thenspied the very badazz Street Bob ( butnot a fan of apes).
..........I liked the look & what the FB offered.
recently purchase one myself & really enjoy it.

I bought one too, but alas I hesitated in the begining as I had just bought a brand new XL1200N in April... So I am still waiting for it to arrive. No biggy as it is winter...lol It really is a Hot looking scoot!

I had the same issue. I had purchased a 1200L in April. I wish I would have waited. but when I saw my FatBob sitting on the floor, I had to have it. I have not regretted my decision to purchase the new bike at all. It is the most comfortable Harley I have ever been on.

I chose between the Super Glide, Fat Boy and liked the way the Fat Bob felt. It was the first in the Carolinas, so I was told. I checked the western Carolinas and they did not have any and I bought mine before it hit the floor.
