Tracking/alignment
I got my current bike in july 2007, an '07 superglide. This is only my second motorcycle, the first being a sportster. I get a light pull or drift to the right, or at least I always feel the need to push a little left. It's very odd, cause it keeps me from tracking in a straight line and causes me to be tense all the time, not really relaxed, am I explaining this right? That's the problem, It's at the dealer and theyv'e already called once to have me explain it again. I never had a problem with the sporty. On my Dyna, I wouldn't even attempt to ride side by side with another rider. It's not a wobble. The tire pressure is good. This problem starts showing up at higher speeds, 45mph and up. A friend thought the fork tubes looked off, but I couldn't tell. I have had three sets of bars, the first stock, with no difference in the performance of the problem. Also at slow speeds, 10 and under, It feels like it wants to dump turning right. The whole ordeal is awkward. Any help or suggestions while its at the dealer would help. Ill be talking to them tomorrow, tuesday, around 4

That is not right, obviously. I've heard some talk about alignment of the engine and/or primary, IIRC. Not to mention if the rear tire was notaligned correctly. Have you "nut and bolted" it, that is checked all the nuts and bolts on the entire bike. Motor mounts, rear axle bolt, etc. I'm sure others will chime in with their ideas, also.
Go here if you like and start with what is said step by step. It has always worked for me. Click On The Link “Wheel Alignment Made Simple!†Hope this helps!
road crown maybe? is your left leg longer than your right leg? does your melon naturally tilt to the right? is your right eye bigger than your left? might be how your body is positioned over the bike when you ride?
Was the bike new or used? Has it ever been dumped? Mine went down in July at less than 5mph but it was enough to bend the triple tree AND bend the frame at the fork tube (1/8" measured from top of fork tube to bottom of frame). Simple visual only showed the road scuffing on the controls, lower pipe, windshield, tank and mirror - the deeper damage had to be measured on a frame jig.
I bought it new, no miles, and its never been dropped. No large unexpected potholes or road debris. Just everyday riding at pretty much posted speeds. I have been wondering whether or not I sit right on the bike, I'm 6' at 230, and thought I might be sitting to low and not centering myself right. I talked to the dealer today and they said they are looking at the forks and trees, and I mentioned the allignment, so they will check that also. Thanks for the comments. I should hear something tomorrow.
