Default Stupid question on 94 FXDWG fuel filter

I am restoring a 94 FXDWG and don't see a fuel filter anywhere and was wondering if it comes from the factory with one, where it should be located, and what type should it be? thanks.

Bump - Anyone? - Also, what are the 2 electrical wires coming out of the bottom of the tank? They are not on my wiring diagram.

I think the filter is on the petcock, inside the tank, and the 2 wires are for the fuel gauge.

ding-ding-ding wideglide95 wins. yes the filter is above the petcock in the fuel tank, prior to removal I would have a new gasket available. p.s. don't forget to drain the tank first.
