no really i know everybody is happy but, is everybody ok with the dyna's 06's you know efi controllers, exhaust, a/cleaners etc. i think i am in the right section. but anyway i just want you all to know that this forum is a good source of info. but lets think things out before we write these issue in the forum.
I'm happy cause I'm finally getting my bike back after 2 weeks in the shop (getting the recall done...1000 mile service, and a bunch of other goodies, included braided cables!)
Another thing I'm happy about...I just picked up a copy of V-Twin magazine, and there was a whole article about the new Twin Cam motor in the 06 dynas. There are a lot of changes to this motor that I didn't even realize. (I'm not going to go into that just because I'm not an engine guy..nor do I know much about how they work...If you want some expamples, I could scan a copy of the article and send it to ya)
Anyway, according to the article, HD hasn't made anything official, but they are planning on implementing this motor across all the model lines, and they expect it to be more or less unchanged for the next 10 years.
Either way, I'm really happy!!! For the first time, I lucked out. I didn't even know about the changes to the Dyna line when I bought my 06...it wasn't until after I made the deal that I heard about all the changes (and I love them..especially the 6 speed). Now I have one more thing to be happy about after reading this article.
