WELL I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT AND ABOUT 5 MILES FROM MY MOTHERS HOUSE AND I KEEP MY BIKE THERE. BUT WHEN IM THERE I ALWAYS HANG OUT IN THE GARAGE TO JUST THINK ABOUT ALL THE STUFF I WANT TO DO NEXT. ITS FUNNY BECAUSE HALF OF THE GARAGE LOOKS LIKE A MANS GARAGE AND THE OTHER LOOKS LIKE IT BELONGS TO A WOMAN. MY HALF HAS ALL THE TOOLS WORKBENCHES. JACKS, MY QUAD, THE HARLEY. AND SHELVES WITH ALL MY MISC. FLUIDS. AND OILS AND THE OTHER SIDE HAS ALL THE DECORATIONS, CLEANING SUPPLYS ETC.
I also stay at an appartment... and i can not tell you how many times at night i have woke up called dad and told him to check the garage door to make sure it was shut... I only laugh cause he always says... "already did son... they are all sleeping soundly" (his bikes and my girls are also in there with mine) kind of funny! we are looking at houses now... first thing i look at is garages! my realitor thinks i am nuts! but hey that is where i spend all my time... i am going to add an addition on 10 ft back 10ft high with visqueen so that we can store like 10 bikes there in the winter and heat it... that way all my buddies will have a place to park their rides... best part... everyone tosses in for the addition, i get a bigger garage, and they help pay! win win!
Unfortunately, I can't peak out at it any old time because my wife lets her 2 cats take refuge in the garage and I learned early on that, as much as I hate them, they must love Harley's too because I couldn't keep them off it. So, I had to move the HOG out to my shop behind the house. I will admit that I would, though, if it were sitting right there behind the door. When I asked the guys over in "The Photoshopping place" forum to make me some sig pics, I also asked for some that were sized to use as wallpaper for my computers though. So, now when I want to see my baby, I can just minimize whatever is on my screen on my home computer or on my desktop and I get to see a hi-res version of my sig pic below. I also keep all of the pictures I've ever taken of it on my computer. So, I have a digital, visual history of it's evolution from stock, to going the wrong way with the big seat, rigid sissy bar, and windshield, to the scoot I have now.
