Sissy Bar Install

Im about to install my sissy bar but had a quick question about the bracket location. Does it install between the fender and the chrome bracket that holds the rear turn signals or just on top of that chrome bracket?

What year and model Dyna do you have, and do you have the fixed brackets or the quick release??

07 Wide Glide...its the fixed brackets

Looks like it goes under the fender supports to me.......
