So, based on another thread, I thought I'd just toss this question out there. We all like the best motorcycles that exist, Harley Dynas. So how many of your are thusly enlightened on the computer side and using a Mac?
... maybe I shouldn't have asked this out loud, but I did.
Mac user since 1984 !!! Only one crash in '87. Now on my 5th Mac with never a problem since the original Mac was retired - now have a Powerbook G4 portable, and couldn't be happier - kinda like an upscale Timex, takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin' - often take with me on the bike if going overnight. Just wish Apple hadn't dropped Appleworks support and updates. Still works ok, but won't on my next Mac I fear and one reason I haven't bothered to upgrade to the MacBook Pro.
Yuppie hangout... HA! I don't think that is this forum.
Please note that I did not ask Mac vs. PC, I"m not bashing one thing vs. another. I was just curious even though I knew this would stir it up a bit. Plus it was -5 this morning thus I'm spending more time on the computer than on the motorcycle until the f*ing snow finally melts.
Are you a yuppie?
Think anyone gives a $hit?
Mac vs PC?, go back to your yuppie hang out.
why dont you buy another bolt on, how you going to make fun of someone and you have a mud flap on your bike! come on... I use a Mac lab top, my PC however is a HP... vista still sucks!
I like Macs but they're still too damn expensive. You can still buy two good PC laptops for the price of a comparable Mac.Sorry a little more reliability isn't worth twice the price to me.
Funny how mac users tend to be easy going, non-confrontational types, whereas PC users tend to get their undies in a bunch trying to defend their choices. The mac ads really hit the nail on the head depicting this phenomenon.
