Default PCIII Question

First off this is a great forum, and the people here are great.
but I have another Popping question?

Setup
08 Fat Bob
SE Stage 1
PCIII
V&H Bigh Shot Staggered

Running Canned Map off there web page.

When I roll off the throttle completely I get some popping on decel. Its not bad,but still there.
Any suggestions?

Anyone have a map for a similar setup that does not pop. I could take a look at the tables.

I won't be able to do a Dyno until I make my vacation trip. in mid july.

Thanks for any help guys.

If using the canned map make sure in the thottle position that you put the value of 15-25 from 2000 all the way to the end. I have 20 in mine which solved a lot of popping.

You want to put this in the very first colum.

Default RE: PCIII Question

I just installed the PCIII, Arlen Ness Big Sucker AC kit and Big Shot Staggered on my Fat Bob as well. I'm also running a canned map that fuel moto set the unit up with before shipping it to me.

I ran the bike for three weeks on just the pipes (no AC or PCIII) and it ran great! Now, I have a similar 'popping' problem but only when I downshift and decel very hard using the clutch. I was told by the tech at Fuel Moto to do the same thing that dirico1266 said above- reset the throttle position. I will give the mods this, the bike pulls a lot harder in the higher gears. Now I can use 6th and not have to be going 70 MPH for it to pull a little. I will probably reset the throttle position at some point, but it's not worth messing with it right away.

Post when you reset and let us know if you got it running perfect. Thanks
