I have pictures on photobucket now trying to get them here.Please help me understand how to do it in laymans terms.

I think all you need to do is copy and paste for the image to show up. That is what I did with the below image.

For it to show up every time you need to edit your profile and add this to the signature:

(image)http://link to image.jpg(/image)

Change the parentheses to brackets.

Have bucket open, copy "direct link" field, if you want to add picture to reply, click on little yellow square with little mountain in it, paste picture, walla, picture should be on your reply box.
