I ordered iso passenger floorboards and adapters through my dealer out of the fatbook! This was on 1-13-08 adapter mounts came in a week. So I go through the ole back ordered, factory release, this that story for 2 months. Get a call yesterday, the boards arent coming discontinued? WTF I guess I will get my refund and Get em off ebay, or online somewhere.

30 seconds on line 1 minute on the phone with the nice lady at kuryakyn. Seems that the part was changed so the part #was as well! Guess I will cut out the middle mans middle man for now on.

Cool! They get knocked around some on this forum but I've never called them and didn't have the same experience you had.

dont buy through them you can get a better price from all the online guys eastern,american classics or dennis kirk

I just ordered a low profile smoked taillight from Kuryakyn. I think I had the same nice lady. She informed me that the part was in stock and will ship same day. Two hours later I got my tracking number.
I never had a problem with Kuryakyn.

Must be that is the only lady that answers the phone because she is very helpful never had trouble with them
