Unfortunately, its probably the only screw that you shouldnt use loctite on.

 

Battery cable loose, I had the same issue and everyone here pointed me in the right direction for an easy fix

 

Don't these new bikes have a lock washer on the battery bolts? If I had a new one I'd be in the garage checking battery bolts. If these bikes crap out at highway speeds and there are no emegency lanes I think your are going to get run over or someone will catch fire. If enough riders would contact the NHTSA at 1-888-DASH-2DOT and register a complaint maybe HD would look in to this, maybe it's something as simple like the way a cable is positioned on the battery.
