Found a forth hole

Found a forth hole
Got my side mount plate holder in the mail today and got it put on. \\; I knew there would be three holes in the fender, got the plastic plugs for them, but there is also a forth one that is already plugged. \\; It’s about half inch lower and half inch to the left. \\; Has everyone else that has taken off the plate holder had that forth hole? \\; Anyone know what it's for?

LOL deadeye. \\;\\\\\\; the 4th hole is for your wiring when you use the laydown license plate with turn signal relocator. \\;\\\\\\; 3holes to bolt down the plate one hole to run the wires threw. \\;\\\\\\;
