I have the 3" Kury extensions on my WG.&nbsp\\; If you extend out that far, most people end up getting heel rests at some point, so just do it up front.&nbsp\\; I couldn't do all day rides without them

36" inseam and 3" extensions with stirrups.

Knees&nbsp\\;still bent&nbsp\\;and comfortable on long rides.

i gots 3in ext but also run the mids just for a change up. my only beef is really windy hed winds tend to lift yer feet and they slide down a bit which gets tirering on long rides but thats why i have the mids!

32" inseam and I love my +3 forwards.&nbsp\\; Only pain is the football airfilter, it makes it a little more difficult, but it is manageable.

32" inseam. kury 3" extensions with heel rests. air cleaner a little in the way, but more comfy than wind blowing my knees back.
