I love spray paint.I just finished spraying my lowers with gloss black appliance epoxy. Then I sprayed my AC cover, then the rear signals. Then I decided to paint my fenders with pick up truck bed liner it's my favorite rattle can so far. It's like flat black wrinkle black thats tough as hell.

One of the nearby H-D dealerships has a semi-separate used parts store. That's where I saw a set of SE IIs. They were a bit scratched up, but I figured the magic of BBQ paint would take care of that. Anyway, the guy who mans the shop said that some pipes are year-specific and indicated the year on the ones he had weren't compatible with my bike.

I've always thought yours was one of the best looking bikes on here.

I actually use my back fender as a luggage rack now.

I discovered pretty quickly that I didn't have anywhere near the tools I needed to bend a piece of diamond plate two different directions.I've seen bed liner in smooth and honestly I had no idea that what I was buying was textured. But in the long run I think the textured will wear better, and you won't have to sand it to repaint it.As an added benefit stuff bungeed to that non skid fender does not move at all when you're riding.
