I just got my scoot back last week, It was down for a month for a colision repair.

I went into the shop early in the deal to inspect some things that they wanted to change on my bike, I noticed in a corner of the shop they had like 10 battery tenders plugged in the wall charging the batterys of all the bikes in the colision center. I thought that was cool, and thoughtful. But then I thought, did I get MY battery back? I put a new one in back in March! if it craps out before 2 years Ill be pissed.

No ideas, just put it on the tender and see if it holds a charge.

Default had the jugs and pistons replaced

the battery holds a charge. If I charge it up, the bike will start, but when I go to re-start it, it will barely turn over, or in the case of this morning not at all.

Something is either shorted and draining the battery charge when sitting or riding or the alternator is not charging while riding. Get some help on checking the output of the alternator the next time you get it started. Then start checking wiring for short to ground.

Get it running and let the dealer tend to it, it wasn't like that before the repairs was it?
