How will the bike run with no baffles?

 

Without baffles the bike will be LOUD and SSSLLLOOOWWW. Trust me...I tried it briefly. I may be mistaken, but I recall riding through a neighborhood without baffles and having a six year old pass me on his "Big Wheel" and ask me to keep the noise down. In summary...don't waste your time running without the baffles.

 

I cut my 2 in. baffles in half and re welded them. Sounds good and runs good numbers on the dyno.

i thought about doin that too,spence. I assume you did away with the packing? what a/c / fuel management ya runnin?
