If not, I would suspect the PC.

There are a lot of things that can cause that. Things you can try are, remove IAC and clean thoroughly with carb cleaner approved for electronic. Sometimes the valve in them stick and will cause a lean condition.Cleaning of the throttle body while in there is advised also. Also check for vacuum leaks, exhaust leaks. If no success then a scan of what is going on is in order to diagnose the problem.

There you go, If you have a repair manual look that code up and perform as many tests as you can with what you have.
If you do not have the manual Pull the spark plug and check the condition of it and check for spark. If you have spark and plug is in good order then you can either check cylinder leakage with a leak down tester if you have the tool. Or pull the fuel injector and check it for spray pattern and flow.
If you have warranty left take it in and let them fix it for free.
