Since they dont make the Big Radius in blk for the Dyna I got the chrome. Does anyone know what type black coating is on the blk pipes V&H does like for the soft tails? Is it powder coat or what?

 

they are ceramic coated... you can also powder them... here are mine... i did mine in high temp gloss black (got the powder from tiger coatings)
i also taped off my exhaust ends before i powdered them... to tie the chrome shocks in

 

But they do make the Big Radius in Black for the Dyna:
