Has anyone here installed an HID lighting system on their bike? If so which one and where did you get it?

Jay, I have been doing kits for specific HD models for a while.

• I only sell a Hi/Lo beam bulb which is very important. Check to see before buying.
• You can see where I mounted my ballast on my red FXR on my web site.
• I take care of HDF members by running group buys/Sales.
• I provide actual instructions on Harley's. I personally actually work on Harley's.
• A simple search or just go the the front page under Sponsoring Vendors and also under Vendor For Sale Classifieds. You can do a quick search on this forum and read about what other peoples experiences are with me and my product.
• I only sell motorcycle kits and not automove type converted over.
• I have a phone you can call toll free and get real help when you need it right a way. I never shut off my phone.
• I live in Ft. Lauderdale, FL
• The unit I use is super small, a digital ballast and not the cheap machanical type.

Howard I did not see any pic's on where the ballast goes on my bike, I need to see pic's to be sure I can install this kit.

I have one from Kuryakyn...Save yourself some grief and don't buy it. It is a HIGH DOLLAR light with the ballast inside the light itself. I just installed the second one and it has already failed. The first light had a ballast, that when used in warm weather, would stop working. Got a replacement and the shield that covers the bulb came loose. It is a sealed unit so you can't reinstall the shield because you can't get to it.
