I'd go with a 19"....seems everyone goes with a 21", and if I wanted the WG bicycle tire look, I'd have bought one.

If I went with the 21 I think I would go with the 2.15 because I was told I might have some modifying to do with the front fender if I go 3.25......??

the wheel would over hang the front fender... i plan on running a FAT front tire next so i took the lid (top part of the fender) off a fat bob, reshaped my st bob stock brackets and then moved it back 1 in... bolted it all back together... this way when i am rocking a fatty front tire it will all be under the fender

True, I am running a 3.5 front rim with a 120/70 front tire. I went with the wide front because I don't care for the narrow front tire most run with a 21. I had to do some minor modification to get the fender to fit properly. I am looking into a new front fender that will cover the entire tire, but no hurry.
