I was able to finally get the Superglide out yesterday for a nice long ride to test out the mods I had done this winter. Sunny and low '50's were pretty nice.
The 3" tank lift with the street slammer drag bars felt amazing. I felt like I was sitting in the bike, which is what I was trying to do. Cornering felt much more aggressive than the stock set-up. The new progressive heavy duty shocks added to the handling as well. It didn't give as much in the rear as in the past. I'm really impressed with all of it.
I was hoping to have the forwards installed to check them out but unfortunately did not. Will save that test for the next sunny and warm day.
I've got the ride bug bad now, but it's in the '20's today
