06 dyna question - no response??

Default 06 dyna question - no response??
G'day all from Australia,
I can't seem to get a response to a question about the RK3909 K&N air filter kit of the other sections of this forum, SO have alook OR tell me this..
Has anyone fitted the RK3909 a/filter kit to an 06 dyna. How come 3 flat washers can make it fit the 06 models (see K&N website), , but "Ness" doesn't fit so easy? They both do away with the plumbing!

Just use a hammer if that dont work try a bigger one
