Default 4 1/2 inch pullback risers

Just ordered a set of 4 1/2 inch pullback risers for my '08 FXDC. Has anyone installed these and found it necessary to change out any of the control cables for longer length? Thanks for any help!

What brand risers did you order? I'm looking at 2.5 or 4.0 pullbacks from Drag Specialties and don't want to change cables/hoses/wires.

I used the 4" pullbacks from Dennis Kirn...only cost $45. If you need more length on the wiring just pull it out of the frame, there is a bunch inside there! My installation was fine with no changes to cables or wiring.

Thanks. The Dennis K are probably the same as the Drag Spec. ones. Just called my buddy who runs an independent shop and ordered them.

My pull backs are on a 08 FXDC and I didn't have to do anything to my cables. There was plenty of slack left.

I put 4 1/2 pull-back risers on mine with the stock handlebars. The stock cables and electrical all worked great. The MOCO told me it would cost a bundle for them to do it, so I did it myself. 14,000 miles and not a single problem. I'm thinking of going with 6" pull-backs now. I'll get new cables for that as well as lengthen the electrical wires. But for 4 1/2, just slap them on.
