Anyone rocking long stem mirrors? My stockers are useless with the new drag bar...but I fear the long stem types are goona look like wings.
I was looking into arlen ness mini ovals, but they are probably not wide/long enough to make any diference over stock. The Arlen Ness stealth mirrors have a 6" stem, but look a little like bug-eyes. Not sure if I like them yet. Do any of you guys have pics of long stem mirrors on your bikes? Thanks.
I had the same problem and was also worried about them looking to big.
I ended up getting the Kury Magnum Plus and they fixed the issue. The Plus have 2 inch longer stems than the regular. I went with the small head mirror to try and keep them from looking to big.
There was someone on here that posted a thread about his mirror. He only put one on and it was on the left side, but it mounted to the end of the grip as a end cap with a mirror attached. I couldn't find the thread, but if I do I'll post it just thought I'd give another idea. He said he could see more with that one then when he had 2 mirrors.
Thanks Mud! How is the vision issue working out for you with the long stems? I might pick some up off ebay for cheap. I got too many performance mods on the to-do list to worry about snazzy designer mirrors.
