I put on some Boss Blades awhile back and now I am having some trouble with the clutch engaging. I thought the new lever was just not coming back far enough. So I put my old lever back on and same problem. I can pull in the clutch and bike is still in gear. Can this be fixed adjusting the pack, or a problem with the cable in the tranny? Hope this makes sense...
Going to get one tomorrow, I have been putting it off, but now it seems it has come back to bite me. I know how to adjust the cable, the pack on the other hand is a little foriegn to me.

Oh and make sure you tighten and release the allen a couple of times to take the slack out of the cable. you should feel the clutch lever extend and release when you turn it in different directions. Get the handle where you want it and squeeze and release the clutch to make sure the clutch moves in and out before sealing it up.
After I did mine I could not push it while in 1st gear. I could start it, and ride fine.
after a good hours ride it loosened up and I'm able to push it.
I understand this happens when the clutch pads get stuck together.

release the jam nut from the adjustment nut on the cable adjuster and then adjust the clutch pak until you are where you want to be and then after that adjust your clutch cable.
