riser bushings
urethane bushings will take out the deflection of the handle bars, but the increased stiffness may add a more noticeable vibration at your hands. My stock SB bars and bushings would move at least an inch, or maybe two, when pushing or pulling the bike. The urethane ones removed most of that.
I've seen NIB bushings on ebay for as low as $10. I don't think the brand matters too much, as long as they're urethane.

I bought the urethane bushings from the dealer for my WG.
I like them better, especially when cornering - bike feels (is) more solid.
You do feel increased vibration at the grips, but you get used to it.
