I am replacing the motor mounts on my 1995 Dyna Wide Glide and I removed all of the bolts but one on the rear motor mount. It is hitting the frame when I try to remove it and I am not able to remove it. The factory put mine in from the left side of the bike and I think they should have put them in from the right side of the bike. Any suggestions? I was thinking about cutting the remaining bolt and replacing both bolts with new ones mounted from the right side of the bike. What do you think? Thanks in advance for any help offered.

I'm going from memory, but I believe the bolts go in from the left. I know I had one hell of a time getting the new bolts in. The holes in the mount and the trans wouldn't line up. It took a lot of jacking up & down and prying to get it. I don't remember having any frame interference. You are using two jacks, right?

I did the front mount first. Looking back, I think it might have been easier to remove the front and use three jacks so I could lift/drop the front independent of the rear.
