A bit, but then everything has more padding than a bare bones.... I have a bare bones, love the look, but for long rides I switch to my Mustang.

I have a sliilouette. It feels OK. I have no complaints. But I haven't been on a long ride with it yet. Also, I believe the sillouette has more of a lip on the back end to keep you in the saddle.

I had my stock seat on my 06 WG shaved and recovered, lowered me and gave me more lower back support. Purchased a Corbin Hollywood Solo but have not had a chance to try it, still 2' of snow in Maine

Just Yesterday I put one My 09 Fat Bob, It makes the bike look so sweet. Big problem for me is an 28 inch inseam , I have forward controls it's all I can do to hit the break pedal and shifter peg. I only rode a mile with it love me legs not being a mile apart .

Gona send it back on Monday get a Bare Bones Forward or an Sliiouette.

I love the looks of the bare bones, and being 6'4" I'm hoping it'll let me stretch my arms and legs a bit more. It's on my to do list. Most of my riding is short hops anyways.
