I am looking to switch from my mini apes on my 08 SB to a bigger set of apes. I was wondering if anyone has gone any bigger without having to change their wires.
If I remember, JRK went to 14's without changing cables and just rebent the front brake line. He may clarify better though. I know you can search the forum and come up with a bunch of threads about it.
I wouldn't worry about the harness. I added 16's without adding anything to the harness. It's at the limit though. If I went taller either with bars or risers I'd definitely be adding to the harness.

I sure will. I hope that they get here this week. If they do I should have them installed this week too. Unless i decide to powder coat them black first. Been thinking real hard about doing that.
