looking to replace a street bob rear pulley 70 tooth 40581-06

Will 40306-00 70 tooth work

If you don't mind me asking why do you need to replace the rear pulley? Is that the pulley that came with the mags?

Pulley bolts came loose ! Holes are now oblong
