My last ride I was following a guy with a 200 back tire. That thing look pretty sweet and I got to wondering if one would fit on my bike without any mods to the fender.

Has anyone here done this? I'm on an '08 Superglide

You really need to clean up the inside of the fender (wiring, fasteners etc) I have a 200 on a 5.5" rim on my 07 SB. It clears the belt by about a 1/4" and the brake line needs to be tweaked a little but it fits. I chopped my rear to show the tire but because I lowered the fender I miss bottoming out by about 3/8" with no issues. Hope this helps.

Like Muddyape said it can be done without any major mods to the rear end but you will need a new wheel.

To me its not worth the extra cost of a wheel (unless looking at new wheels anyway) to go with the 200 over doing the 180 on your stock wheel.
