Exclamation why should I Dyno?

this past cold season i installed v&h bigR 2to1 and PCV on my 07 fxd, the mapping I was sold was to be the best one could get without haveing my bike dynoed. well after the install, phone time with the seller of the PCV and a few rides. i was happy at first with everything except a pop on the de-excell. The last ride i was on i was about 30 min away from home i stopped for a break. started my bike and a bad spark plug rode to the nearest auto parts and installed two new ones and then a b-line to my HD dealer and set up a dyno. the results are in... before 50.68hp , 65.92torque 13.66 a/f; loaded. now 55.10 hp, 71.66torque 13.28 a/f. unloaded 69.07hp, 89.92t.
