Help please!!
I just got done installing my shortshots fuel pak and ness big sucker. When i got it all back together the security light came on. Anywho i searched here and found out how to check codes. it comes up with b1143 which says it's antenna short to ground or something like that. I looked through my manual and found the anntenna wire. long story short everything looks good there. can this be caused by anything else?? I would like to get this fixed without taking it to the dealer. thanks

It's things like this that got me to have the security taken off both Bikes I have bought within a year. Secutity on a bike is a joke if they want it they'll get it...
If ya have to take it back to the dealer do yourself a favor have them Take it off . Hell maybe they will give ya some store credit for it buy ya some crome.

Thanks guys I found it. I did nick the wire when I put the fuse box back on. It was the middle bolt the wire runs right by that damn thing . I guess I was a little tired last night and was trying to force things. Well I'm going riding now.
