Default New Guy Here

Im new to the site and I'm new to riding. I recently picked up an 09 Fatbob and I am loving life. I cannot stay off of this thing. I've gone to home depot just to pick up a roll of electric tape, anything I can fit in my pockets. I'm creating excuses to take it out...

Anyway, I've already decided to change out the stock exhaust and do a Stage I with V&H but now I want to change my bars....

I'm looking for some drag bars, no bend, just straight across. I'm looking for anyone who might have some suggestions where I might find some.

I'm a bigger guy so I will likely want to extend my forward controls next. I don't want to change too much at once. I want to feel comfortable with the bike first, but I do have an idea of I'm looking to create.

I've heard great things about this site and I hope someone has some ideas for straight bars. Thanks in advance, and thanks for patience with a newbie.

Welcome! I get most of my stuff off of ebay cause it is cheaper. But sometimes you have to wait till the right thing shows up.

In the meantime, is this what you're looking for?
http://www.thehandlebarcompany.com/h...andlebars.html

Remember for the stage 1, that you will have to remap your EFI once you replace your pipes and Air Cleaner, or your bike will run too lean.

Hope your wallet is thick, this mod stuff never ends!

Steve

I've gone to home depot just to pick up a roll of electric tape,
Better run to the drug store and get some Life Savers...take 'em home then run out to post office to buy some stamps. Too funny...
