J&P cycles is where i bought exuast for both my dyna's. It's also worth the price to get the gold membership for $50 and buy your pipes air cleaner and fuel pak all at the same time and get 10% off and free shipping.
I have the Vance and Hines Big shot staggard on my 06' dyna and i love them, just loud enough but not so loud you can't talk over them at idle at a light. The fuel pak is okay, i put one on my wife's 07' dyna in conjunction with Vance and Hines Short shots and it was a pain to hook it up and fit it under the seat but easy to program.
I did the SERT on my '06 and had it dyno tuned and it's more of a racey punched out tuner comparred to the fuel pak, and without the pain install.
The fuel pack was only like $300 though instead of the $600 i spent on the SERT and tuning so for the value it's better and they both mix your fuel perfect.
Since you are in Pittsburg, check easternperformance.com for the exhaust and air cleaner. I have found it hard to beat their prices and super fast shipping.
As far as the tuner, check Fuelmoto for the PCIII or PC-V. For a $100 more than the V&H Fuel Pak, you can get a more versatile unit. Fuelmoto will pre-load it with the map specific for your set-up.

+1 on eastern performance
Personally I'm not a fan of the fuelpak, especially after owning one. It's just a very locked down system.
Ebay is always a good place to find parts and I know Eastern Performance sells stuff on there as well if u arent close to the shop...As far as a Fuel Pak or PCIII or V I would go with a power commander, I have one on my bike now and the thing runs excellent + Jamie at Fuel Moto is a hell of a guy, will help u out on install or w/e u need..I went with the Power Commander just because I seen so many good reviews, unlike the Fuel Pak, but some people have had great success with the Pak so I cant hate on it
