Question damn baffels
hey guys i know that this has been absolutely beat to death but nothing i do will get the baffles out of my Screamin' EagleŽ Street Performance mufflers for my fat bob.Now there powder coated. How on earth do i get them out without destroying them.

Are they held in by rivets like the stock mufflers? If they are, I got mine out by drilling them out. I used some small screw with nuts to hold the baffles in after I modded them

If they're anything like my V&H sideshots, you're in for a royal PITA. I got one out without issue. The second broke in half on me - half stuck in the pipe. I used a long screw-type hook attached to a slide hammer...Hooked on to the POS and knocked it out. Took a long time and several shots with the butane torch.
