Can anyone please tell me if TH are way louder than rush 1.75's? I have read about their legendary performance which is really key, But I don't want anything abnoxiously loud.
+1 Ratt. I don't think I've ever heard Rush 1.75s in person to compare. TH at idle and normal cruising speed isn't bad. It's when you crack that throttle that people know you're comin.
same with the rush at idle they are respectably deep but if i'm a givin'er heads are turning a block away! whayt about performance boost you reallly gain something from them? over other performance systems??
I had the 1.75 rush slipons. The thunderheader is not any more loud. I have a fatcat 2-1 and it is more quiet than the rush too.
I think the fatbobs look better with the D&D fatcat. Check out centerline's bike and you'll see what I mean. The D&D performance is top notch(equal or better than thunderheader on a stage1 bike). Either system will give you a nice improvement in torque over your current system.
one more question is there an actual baffle in the pipe? I mean the rush have baffles , butthere is nothing to block a wire test.if a cop slides a wire into the rush there is absoloutely nothing stopping it,no back wall to speak of.when i got the rush you could look right through like a telescope!

thunderheader has a reverse megaphone baffle system... They have their own website with info. about their system.

Absolutely. I was runnin SEII's 2-2 before. You definitely get about a 10%+ boost in performance. Not bad for bolt on. I also like the fatcat. Basically, going to a 2-1 will give you better performance. Some more than others.
