I'm browsing for a set of WG trees. Per my parts manual the part number for the top tree is 46700-06.
When I googled the p/n, a listing at Latus HD came up.
What strikes me odd is the list price and the actual price. Pay close attention to it.

I don't believe that part no is still available. In '08 HD went to an integrated riser on the top tree and the part no. for the new style supercedes the old part no.
I went thru this whole mess last yr and couldn't find the old style top tree anywhere in the US.

I'm not sure what model you're speaking of, because the street bob has integrated risers. The Wide glide does not.
I actually found both the top and lower trees sold seperately at vtwinmfg. p/n: 46700-06 and 46702-06 respectively.
Also, you missed the whole point of the post. the list price is $101.00....actual price is $488.

No, I got the point. The price is screwed up due to the part no longer being available. I'm speaking of the 2008 DYNA WIDEGLIDE model. It has integrated risers! The part no. you speak of is for 2006-2007 model wideglides, does not have integrated risers and is no longer available.

Has nothing to do with StreetBob, they have midglide trees.

I do check ebay. I try to search p/n's first then use text searches if nothing comes up. Using terms like "wide glide trees" or any variation thereof usually turns up a crap load of aftermarket trees that are way out of my price range.
