k if i just put slip-ons do i need to use power commander or fuel pak and air filter. or just change mufflers and need to do nothing else. if i just do mufflers will it effect how lean the bike runs.

no-yes-no.I got confused just reading your question! Hd's run lean from the factory (pollution control epa and what not) But the ecu will adjustas long as you change only the slipons

Supposedly the 08's and newer with the o2 sensors and the ecu's they have will adjust for open air cleaners now. For the original question, if you install the slip-ons no ecu upload required or any other fuel management not required.

If just adding slip-ons you're good to go my friend...that is what I have always been told as well

Thats why they are called slip-ons. slip them on and go. no need to do anything else. If I my suggest go with RUSH 2.0 real nice sound. jmo
