I am a first-timer here, so Hello to everyone. I live in Norfolk, Va and am in the Navy. I just bought an 06 lowrider after returning from deployment. I had the 95" kit installed along with a power commander and rhinehart 2into1's. (after 1000 mile service) It seems pretty fast, but what more can I do? I am planning a 7000 mile round trip this summer, so I still need it to be dependable. Suggestions? Thanks, Jon

Good choice on the rinehart 2 into 1's, I love mine, too bad my neighbors don't.

i like them thus far, but they're still not close to being as loud as my 84 fx with straights. My neighbors think these are refreshingly quiet.

Hello low_Glide and welcome home from deployment! I have been out to Norfolk on business a few times, those tunnels are nuts going up towards Newport. Virgina beach is too handy and made it difficult to go in to work! WOW, a 7000 mile round trip. good luck with your mods, mojo

What more can you do? Easy! Add new cams and heads. Don't get too radical on the cams.....I have 204's, some like the 211's. Heads will help it breathe......and if you don't want to spend the $ for heads you can always do it later, but the cams will give you the most noticeable performance boost.
Welcome, and enjoy!

Which cams come with the stage II kit? Should I look to replace the heads or have the current ones worked? Has anyone done this? Thanks ---- Jon

Stage II Big Bore comes with 203's. Heads can come from Mackie, Headquarters, etc, but you have to send your heads to them. You can buy a set of stock heads on eBay...just be sure you know the '06 heads are different than the previous years' TC88....and send them off for the work and still ride. Or you can buy HD SE heads and keep your stockers in the box.
Ask you Service Mangler for a Screamin' Eagle Parts and Accessories book and look in there for your model and see what is available to you. You can be mild or wild. Depends on what you want and how you ride. If you want a street killer, go wild. If you want some added performance on your tour bike and intend to do a lot of miles, do the milder upgrades. It's all a compromise...........
