Looking to add another bike for 2 up riding with bags. Currently leaning towards Cross Bones or Softail Classic.... pros and cons from anyone who may have either.
If you are looking to pack some stuff and take along the old lady...Softtail is the way to go. Cross Bones looks bad as %#!!, but all the ones I've seen looked cramped and umcomfortable once bags, two up seat, etc is added to them.
after all, you bob is similar to a crossbone, but way more badass!!! if you want to tour on this bike, then a touring model bike is your best choice. plus you already have the two-up seat, pegs, and bags... with a crossbones your gonna have to add all that stuff (i know, i know, thats half the fun).
Yeah, I've heard too many negatives about the XBones, unless you are just getting it for short trips and looks.
I got a buddy that has a Street glide, but I did not like the feel or seating position. Personally, I like the Heritage, still has a little bit of the hard nosed old school look The Street Glide always seems to have that "gotta have frapacino while I listen to Credence going down the road" thing.
