I added the "Easy Brackets" quick detach saddlebag brackets today and now with the removeable sissy bar and quick release windshield, I can go from bagger to bare in about 60 seconds.
I have the same bags and detachable sissy bar on my Bob and was considering the Easy Brackets.
How much more will the Easy Brackets add to the distance they are from the fender?
How long did it take you to do the saddlebag brackets? Did you have to drop a shock to get the bolts out? I like the idea of the easy brackets, but how do they look when there is no bags on?
i was goin to do that.but opted for the Tea-Bag from J&P.it was cheaper and i could fit more into it. besides the only time i use it is for away trips.it came with a smaller bag that i use when i go 2-up and they both fit over the sissy bar.any other time, if it don't fit in my pockets i don't need it.
i'm not trying to take anything from u,it does look sweet.whatever floats u.
What bags are those that you have? They look great. I have been looking for a set for my SuperGlide, but I sure dont want to have to spend the $1000.00 on the ones from H-D, I'm currently in the process of puting the "wife kit" on. I just picked up my new H-D Tallboy seat, "which is unbelieveablely comfy", and the passenger footpeg brackets are on backorder until June, 15th. It looks like my cool looking solo ride is slowly turning into a Bagger,..........LOL

Can you post a pic from the rear?
That is the only downside to the brackets, they move the bags out about 1 1/2 inches. I worried about that, but it really doesn't look bad. I'll try to post a picture tomorrow.

It didn't take long at all to install the brackets, but I had to move the turn signals back to the license plate bracket to install the Easy Brackets. I opted for the lay down license plate with turn signal relocation kit.
No, I didn't have to drop the shocks to get the fender bolts off.
With the bags off, there is only a short (1/2") stud showing. It is chrome and nice looking.

I don't know which bags they are. They are HD bags, so probably were expensive. They were on the other Low Rider I bought before falling in love with this one and I kept the bags when I sold the other bike.
