Default FXDF Mirror Relocation

I everything about love my Fat Bob except the mirrors. They look like Mickey Mouse ears. Tried the always popular "flip them below the bars" trick, but they won't clear the tank at full lock. Has anyone come up with a way to make them less obvious and clean up the lines of the bars?

I bent the mirror shaft in a vise so they would be closer to the bars and clear the tank - think you can kinda make it out in this pic

Thumbs up

I bought the Harley "Profile" mirrors after I saw them in a Harley display at the OKC rally... They look and work great, but they are chrome. Not available in black.

The tiny clamp-on mirror seen on Mickey Rourke's Black Death 3 is pretty clean and minimally functional.
